Shipping Policy

How long does shipping normally take?  

Shipping can take anywhere between 1-5 business days once payment is processed. During high volume times (holidays), please expect 2-7 business days to ship. Business days do not include weekends nor holidays. 

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates in the United States are determined by the USPS which includes the entire package (products ordered, box for shipping, fees for handling). A confirmation e-mail including the tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you provide to us once your package ships.

What if my Whipped Shea/Body Butter Melts During Shipment?

Melting of products does not alter the integrity and efficiency of products. You may leave in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours or leave in room in room temperature so that it gets back to it's normal state.
